The number of members at a site determines the number of representatives at a site. The ratio is 20 members to 1 representative, or the greater fraction thereof. For example, If you have 24 members, then that is 1 rep. If you have 31 members, than you have 2 reps.

Officers and Directors should not serve as site reps. They already have a vote a rep council. Each site should have the correct number of voting representatives, exclusive of any officers or directors that may come from that site.

Special Education has a designated reps.  This representative serves all psychologists, specialists and members that work at the special education office.

The Country High rep also represents the district office non-administrative members, since that person is so close geographically.
