07-08 TENTATIVE AGREEMENT REACHED

Executive Board meets on 5/6/08 to go over the agreement to decide whether or not to send it to the membership for a vote.

If Exec Board decides to send it the membership for a vote, a general membership meeting will be held (TBA) for the official explanation of the agreement.

Ratification voting will take place at school sites for a few days after the general meeting is held.

If the majority of members vote YES, then the membership has ratified the contract and it goes to the VUSD Board to ratify. If the VUSD Board ratifies the contract, then it agreement goes to the County for approval.
