Win a CAR with Cal Casualty’s Safe Driver Give Away

CTA members who make a promise to drive safely will be eligible to win a new car from CTA’s endorsed auto and home insurance provider, California Casualty. The year-long Promise to Drive Focusedcampaign is dedicated to preventing needless tragedies from inattentive or distracted driving. California Casualty is now rewarding one lucky winner with a new Ford Focus* for being a safer driver and setting an example for students and loved ones. The new car winner will be announced in September or October of 2017. * Ford Motor Company is not a participating partner in or sponsor of this contest.

Speaking of CTA’s Advocacy Agenda …

… here’s a refresher on what it’s all about: CTA conducted extensive research and acquired input from thousands of educators to hone in on the most important topics that affect teaching and learning. The result was The Public Education All California Students Deserve, a document that outlines proven education strategies that improve and enhance student learning, are essential to providing a quality public education to all of California’s 9 million students, build stronger local communities, and help maintain public education as the cornerstone of our democratic society. Check it out – it’s yours to use and share!
